i wud disagree on this..sure he has good looks and his chemistry with AG is awesum... but let's not forget his acting... it is because of his acting he has reached this far...

yes its true that harshad has done many shows.....and has an awesome chemistry with additi...but thats not the only reason he went so high with this show.....he is an actor par excellance and you have to agree to thats....thats wat has given him this fame and popularity.....its just not his chemistry with additi in romantic scenes..but his acting with g3...lalu preet or be it with any other member...chahat.....he has proved himself again and again......so if harshad is popular as prem today......its his hard work...and he himself has confessed that his awesome chemistry with additi is coz he makes her feel comfortable so that she is at ease with him during intimate scene...you have to credit him for that too!

to end...all i'll say....girls will be girls and they will be attracted to boys😆

You see, a very large majority of viewers of Indian soaps are females ,say about 80-90%, who are bound to be more inclined towards the handsome male actors who portray their dream characters no matter how ever strong the female character is and how well it is being portrayed alongside...So you cant help it ,that Hc gets more attention than AG...I am sure , Heer is equally popular ,loved and appreciated among the viewers as much as Prem is ....but female population tend to drool more over the male lead....and in case of Hc , he has always been outstanding....

Ekta kapoor herself has told in Koffee with Karan ,'' that she makes her soaps for the female audiences of the country, and that eevn though the viewers love and relate to her female lead protagonists , its the male leads that they admire and fascinate about....they watch the show for tulsi and parvati but the end of the day they are left fascinating about Mr.bajaj or Mr.walia or karan virani....''

And I believe that what she said is very true....So everyone loves, admires and appreciates AG and her work but it is HC that they prefer to fascinate and drool over....thats why you find comments like '''Prem is soo hot '' I love Prem ''

But like you said , we Deshians could appreciate AG and thank her...
