Shiney gets notice to leave Noida
Noida, Oct 10 : The troubles of Bollywood actor Shiney Ahuja, accused of raping his housemaid, do not seem to be ending.A fresh controversy today emerged regarding his stay in Noida.
After studying Bombay High Court's order, Noida Police has issued notice to the actor to leave the district.
Police Superintendent Ashok Tripathi said, while granting bail to the actor Bombay High Court has directed him to stay in Delhi.
Shiney had made attendance in sector 20 police station on October 6, but he was asked by Officer-in-charge Pritam Singh to stay in Delhi till they get the order for his stay in Noida.
Police officials said unless the actor produces the order from the court to stay here he is not
Shiney Ahuja told UNI he had given the address of House no. 293, sector 29 of his father and would request the Court to allow him to stay here.
After getting conditional bail directing him to stay out of Mumbai for his alleged involvement in the rape of his domestic help, Shiney was staying with his parents in Noida.
