For me,the issue is not that he made her wear subis clothes,I really dont think he meant it that way.For me,the issue is the REASON he gave for her to sit at the havan.He wanted her to wear the MS because he wanted to avoid comments from villagers.He wanted her to play along again.That poor soul was heartbroken when she had to wear it again.

Now,for arguments sake we can say that it was just some dumb reason he made up and that he wanted her to sit because HE wanted to,but nothing was shown to proove that,except the look that Shalu mentioned.But again,how do we know that he was not seeing subi in her? We cant get into his head and read his thoughts na..

Ok, SG, you have a good point😃 The dress may have been tradition, but still don't like the creatives pushing the dead Subhi so much. If Subhi is looking down from heaven, I am sure that she is tired too. She wants to rest in peace, but nobody would let her😆

Radhika, I wish I was....then I could give you a second-by-second update about what's going on in his head and save us all so much trouble trying to figure him out....oh well! 😕

The reason I feel he wanted to was because he didn't really seem too concerned about the same villagers during holi when he refused to sit in the puja with Santu, he instead had Baa-Bapuji do the puja....he could have done the same here, instead he asked Santu....makes me think he wanted her to do the havan with him. As for him seeing Subhi in Santu, I don't think he ever has despite everyone trying to make him do the same.....infact it seems to annoy him when Santu does things that Subhi did.

Others have to stop making Santu doing stuff that Subhi used to do.... now every movement of her reminds DM about subhi... which is not so healthy for their relation.. the more he see subhi in Santu the far he keep himself away as he might get a guilty feeling that he is doing injustice to Subhi by accepting Santu in her place and not that he is giving Santu some place in his heart along with subhi.

Thanks dear! I am pretty clueless as to what is in DM's head these days. The CVs are slacking off. I think that they are losing perspective and confused about DM themselves😆 They need to give him some great lines and some emotions as far as Santu is concerned. But RR is doing the best he can with the material provided to him.

DM reminds me of a typical man unable to let his feelings out so he finds ways to express what he feels but saving him from having to say them aloud. I took him asking her to do the havan with him as a way of wanting her their in the spot he reserved but used the rouse of the villagers as a way of saving face. I have to agree he is hard to read so we all are making assumptions and that is the best part of this show and DM we are always left wondering.😃

today's episode was average it think they got santu to confront moti to get the ball rolling coz it's been dragged for far too long.
i just wish DM has put the Mangalsutra back on santu instead of her doing it herself.
but it was nice of him to ask her to do the havan and for him to give subhi stuff was a big step coz he wld never let her touch it before.
I think in his heart he does want her to stay but his mind is asking him to let her go free
however the end part was so cheesy and lame promoting the new show but u gotta do what u gotta do.

You're right angie, he has a hard time ever admitting his true feelings and usually lies! The scene where he tells baa he wasn't remembering santu but then rabbits on being fake angry, and when hiten brings him those apples and he tries to find them telling everyone he wanted them cos he was feeling a bit sick. i think we can forget sometimes just how hard it can be because of his personality for him to truly express his emotions. i think as his feelings may be getting stronger (PLEASE EKTA-JI LET IT BE SO) the defence mechanism may get worse and he'll get even ruder and harsher.
