Do you think that Conflicts between Parents & their Children can be solved through Communication rather than by Parting Ways?

I think that most of the time communication is the solution to solving family conflicts, but when mabey families do fall out they are too angry to talk or think its pointless to discuss anything, so they end up parting ways.
And eventually time passes and the rift between families deepen to a point where communication can't solve anything.

Communication is important but should be done when the problem is still small. Sometimes, people let the problem grow big and then its difficult to solve with communication.
Again, if the parents or the children are stubborn and want to stick to their viewpoints instead of compromising a bit, then its difficult to solve the conflicts.
There are also those families where ties grow stronger when they live seperately as there are less chances of everyday conflicts arising. But here, the parting of ways is in the physical distance as in parents and children live seperately but still have a relationship.
