Hi everyone,

I found this article about the benefits of amla fruit, while searching for something for my hair. It improves the function of everything from liver, to skin tone and so I thought some people may find it useful. It is called gooseberry in English.

Its a nice article about the Amla. There are many other fruits that have similar benefits. And also ancient ayurveda has plenty of information to provide us.

where can we find amla fruit ?

Ready to drink Amla juice is easily available in the market.., if you cannot chew raw amla then there is other option available.. try to add amla pickle in your daily meals..
