can someone plz explain to me... why did paresh change mentors? i only started watchin this show recently... so i got confused when paresh made his goodbye speech... he thanked his first mentor ismali... so why did he to go to HR's group?

He was out but was brought back by Himesh via Brahmastra so he & Ujjaini came to Himesh

wot?????? so he got voted out....then HR brought him bk? thats not fair to other past contestants? why did they allow HR to do that?

He came back before gala round began.

Every mentor was given 8 contestants. All of them competed against each other and judged by people like Pandit Jasraj, Alka Yagnik, Kumar Sanu etc until 6 went into finals (3 boys, 3 girls). 2 more were added into finals thru brahmastra round. Public did not play a role in these rounds.

Brahmastra Round: The mentor who got the Brahmastra (HR) picked 6 (3 boys, 3 girls) good singers that were eliminated by these judges. Those 6 performed for public and 1 of each came in - Ujjaini and Paresh. (You can call these contestants as wildcards in simpler terms.) Whoever came in thru Brahmastra went to the mentor who got the brahmastra which is HR so that's why they entered ROCK gharana.

Now the total of 8 are competing and one gets eliminated every week by public voting.
