1. Is it necessary to be a size zero?

Absolutely not. Being too thin is just as unhealthy as being too fat. In those pics you posted the girls look bad and frankly, it looks ugly if your ribs stick out that much. I think to be fit and healthy is most important.

2. Is being over a size 2 make anyone plus-sized?

Of course not! I think a size 2 is UK size 6 and bigger than that is definitely not plus-sized.

3. What do you think about celebs trying to get to the 'perfect size zero'

If they're actresses, for example, their talent is mor important. Yes, they should look nice and obviously exercise, but there is no need to become a size 0.

4. Why do you think skinny girls are considered/wanted to make better models?

Some people might think that clothes look better on skinnier girls. Personally, I think it depends on your figure. Again, in the pictures you posted, the clothes just look baggy. Not one of my friends is a size zero and they all have great figures. I think it's horrible that, for example models can be refused just because they have a waist wider than 24 inches.

1. Is it necessary to be a size zero?
no...i really don't think it is..i wear a size zero..but i'm naturally really skinny...i can't gain weight and trust me all i do is eat

2. Is being over a size 2 make anyone plus-sized?
no it doesn't....i have friends who are over a size 2 and they're gorgeous!

3. What do you think about celebs trying to get to the 'perfect size zero'
i think it's really stupid...i know kareena was working on it and all....but seriously she was still getting offers before soo why would she have to lose the weight? same concept...i think people who believe that size zero is being perfect really don't know what they're talking about

4. Why do you think skinny girls are considered/wanted to make better models?

cause most models wear skimpy clothes or tight clothes depending on the trend and most agencies don't want girls to be over a certain size which is just absurd...unfortunately because every girl is pretty and size shouldnt be the factor that they are judged by

True, but it's a fact that naturally everyone's body physique is different so that doesn't mean that if someone is naturally thin, others have to kill themselves to look just as thin.

Wise people have always cautioned against the extremes.

It's a scientific fact that eating slow helps. Because there are a certain amount of digestive chemicals that are being made in your stomach and they can only break down a certain amount of food at a time. If you shove in all the food in a second, they won't work well, but if you take time they can actually break down food while you are eating and that's healthy.
