Hello people,

I am back...Exams went okay(like they always do)...But today, I am back for the Discussion of the Week(DOTW).....
This week Basera went through a lot of changes in the story...We saw some grey shades of Characters...

We saw how the older generation has a different vision towards life and relations...whereas the younger generation is more impatient...

But all in all, we saw some fantastic performances, which were Kaabile-Taarif....👏

So Here goes the Discussions....

*1. Do you think the younger generation is a bit impatient and rude than the older generation?

*2. Ketan Thinks his father was wrong and Keshu thinks Ketan is wrong....Can it happen that even if both people are right in their own ways then still the situation is such that wrong occurs itself??

*3. Have you ever felt like Ketan that you are right and your parents are wrong?...In Such case, how should Ketan and Keshu handle the matter so that the situation doesnot go out of control?...Tips needed for Keshu and Ketan guys...😉

Okay...then...Have gr8 fun discussing...U know the rules of DOTW, no bashing, not taking things personally...and all that...Itna toh Hum samajhdaar hain....So, Have fun...

I think that in Basera, the older generation is shown to have more patience. But anger is something that defies generation. Its the nature of the person. Like Ketan gets angry quickly but Keshu also gets angry when his loved ones are hurt or threatened. So far, only Ketan is shown to be a bit impatient and rude but I think its because he wants to achieve a lot in business in a short time, something which will make him try to take short cuts.

*2. Ketan Thinks his father was wrong and Keshu thinks Ketan is wrong....Can it happen that even if both people are right in their own ways then still the situation is such that wrong occurs itself??

There are times when both people are right from their perspective. But only one perspective can be the better of the two at that moment in time. If the perspective that is less suitable at that moment is chosen, then wrong can occur. So, decisions have to be taken based on the situation at that time.
*3. Have you ever felt like Ketan that you are right and your parents are wrong?...In Such case, how should Ketan and Keshu handle the matter so that the situation doesnot go out of control?...Tips needed for Keshu and Ketan guys...😉
I have experience both as a daughter and mother of such situations. Firstly we have to accept that no human being is always correct, whether he/she is a parent or a child. Communication is the key word, we have to make the other person understand why we are right (if indeed we are right) and similarly, accept when we are wrong. In both cases, we need to calmly discuss the issues.

well I thought even let me be a part of discussions and give my views...here goes...
*1. Do you think the younger generation is a bit impatient and rude than the older generation?
Yes, people today want things more fast and in lightening speed so definately the younger generation is more impatient ....rude???..its depends upon person to person..

*2. Ketan Thinks his father was wrong and Keshu thinks Ketan is wrong....Can it happen that even if both people are right in their own ways then still the situation is such that wrong occurs itself??
yes, a lot of time, two people are correct in their places but the situation and time is something that makes things incorrect...

*3. Have you ever felt like Ketan that you are right and your parents are wrong?...In Such case, how should Ketan and Keshu handle the matter so that the situation doesnot go out of control?...Tips needed for Keshu and Ketan guys...😉
Keshu and ketan defo need to talk...Keshu should samjhao ketan rather than giving lecture and hitting him...a good family conversation is a good way out...I have felt it numerous times that my mom and dad is wrong and sometimes, I dont try in speak to them coz I feel that my dignity matters the most.....At the end yes its all in the family, parents too should try to understand that the growing up children have dignity as their most precious thing...and the children should be able to understand their parents...So, all in all, discussion and a good family talk is a way out...
