There has been discreet news on the news channels that the blood samples of Aarushi where swapped. And the CBI has also shuffled its staff in this matter. The question is (IS THERE REALLY SOMETHING IMPORTANT WHICH THE AUTHORITIES ...........POLICE OR CBI......HAVE DELIBERATELY NOT EXPOSED IN THIS CASE?). Will we be looking at Aarishi's father again in trouble. The details of this news article are not given much importance...............maybe because there are occult interests. And after all this How can we trust the CBI?

this case was very badly handled right from the very beginning. The police cant be such bungling idiots ! CBI arrived much later on this case. Clearly there was deliberate attempt 2 mask evidence. Arushi's parents must know more than they R revealing !

Breakthrough in Aarushi murder, her mobile found

Sixteen months after her yet unsolved murder in May 2008, the Delhi Police's crime branch finally traced Aarushi Talwar's missing mobile phone on Monday.

It was found in Bulandshahr, Uttar Pradesh, 60 km east of Delhi, with one Ram Bhool, who has been detained. Police, who had been hunting for it ever since 14-year-old Aarushi was killed, believe it could contain valuable evidence.

Ram Bhool claimed he got the handset from his sister who is a sweeper in the area around the Talwars' Noida home. "He claims she found the phone on the road near Aarushi's house and kept," said a police officer.

She gave it to Bhool in February, seemingly unaware the CBI — which took over the case from the Noida police — had offered a reward of Rs 1 lakh for it.

Police sources claim Bhool had been using it since then. "We traced him through the IMEI number of the handset for which we had put out an alert," said a police source.

The handset's memory is empty, but the CBI is hopeful some images of the photos taken with it can still be retrieved, which may provide clues to Aarushi's murderer.

Recovery of Aarushi's phone is a ray of hope for us'

New Delhi: Rajesh Talwar, father of teenaged girl Aarushi, who was murdered last year at her Noida home, on Monday said the recovery of his daughter's mobile from Bulandshahr in Uttar Pradesh is like a "ray of hope" for the unsolved case.

"We have been praying since last year. The recovery of the mobile phone is a ray of hope for us that the culprits will be caught. I thank god for this breakthrough," Rajesh said.

He said he was happy that some "breakthrough" had been achieved in the case.

Aarushi's aunt Vandana Talwar said the recovery of the phone, which is the first physical evidence in the case, would pave the way for getting to the real accused.

"The phone might not contain any valuable information after all this while but what is important is to trace it back to the first person through whom the phone has reached Bulandsahhr. It is better than having nothing at all," Vandana said.

She said the recovery of the phone should help the CBI to reach the ultimate goal of solving the case.

Asked if the family was upset with the way the investigations into the case had been going on with the CBI not been able to garner any evidence, Rajesh said, "CBI is our only hope. We want the entire country to pray for the case to be solved as there is tremendous power in prayers."

The Aarushi murder case is being handled shoddily right from the beginning. The murder scene wasn't cordoned off, leaving it open for all and sundry to contaminate. It does seem that the police was trying to protect someone. And with Mayawati at the top, money talks!!
I have serious doubts if the actual culprits will be nabbed.

Can it be too much coincidence...............two discoveries in one week! Yes. Something non-vegetarian fish is smelling. The person who swapped the samples by "mistake" happens to be an acquaintence of Aarushi's Dad! Any guesses?

At a press conference last year, a senior police official quoted 'If Mayawati allows us, we can solve the case in a day'. All the more reason to believe there's a political link. May have a breakthrough if the ruling party loses the next election.
