Gurmeet Choudhary has a new look

Gurmeet Choudhary, known for playing Ram in the new Ramayana series, is sporting a brand new look.


He tells us, "I wanted to change my look because for almost two years I had to keep my hair long for Ramayana. I was bored of looking at the same hairstyle in the mirror. I think it's necessary for every actor to change his/her hairstyle for better prospects, so I told my stylist Alim to cut my hair." The actor adds, "I hope audiences will love my new look and my new reality show, Pati Patni aur Woh, in which they can also see Debina's new look."

Gurmeet is now busy preparing for his new show, and says, "We are just counting the days because on August 19, we will be leaving for an unknown place to participate in the show. I'm very nervous because I have never handled a baby and am curious to know whether we will get a boy or a girl. We have decided not to prepare for the show and to just deal with it naturally."
We hope Gurmeet's new experiment proves lucky for him.

Lord Ram of Indian television, Gurmeet Choudhary is all kicked about his filmy journey. It was reported that he has already done a Subhash Ghai film 'Cycle Kick' with some newcomers. Though the film did not release, but the actor is still hopeful. The actor also has many offers from the silver screen.

"It's up to Subhash sir on when he is planning to release the film, as I have completed that project before starting up with Ramayan," says Gurmeet.

Throwing more light on the flick he converse, "We all were new faces then. My co-actors Nishat and Sunny were great to work with. It's been more than two years that the film has been at stake, but I'm quite hopeful about its release."

"I will move on definitely as now I am looking out for something unique in projects. I have offers from South film and Bollywood too. TV will definitely be on the list, so just thinking of how I should move ahead. One thing is for sure that even if I do films, small screen will always be there, so let's see what happens," he concludes.

This can be termed as second innings of Gurmeet in Bollywood with the list of offers lined up. Let's see whether this time his flight takes off or crashes lands. Wish you the luck.

GURMEET Choudhary and Debina Bonnerjee are the newest on-screen couple who have fallen in love off the screen. Choudhary plays Lord Ram in Ramayana and Debina plays his wife Sita. The couple has been denying any romance for the longest time. They've finally come clean after they decided to do the reality TV show Pati, Patni Aur Woh together. Apparently, they have known each other for many years but fell in love while shooting of Ramayana. Looks like the Gods brought these two love birds together.

And now the actor is back once again as a host. According to sources, Sharad will host NDTV Imagine's Pati Patni aur Woh. The show is an adaptation of the international show The Baby Borrowers where celebrity couples have to take care of children of different age-groups. The celebrity couples have to take care of infants, toddlers and teenagers.

Informs a source, "Initially one wasn't sure if the show really required a host but later we finalised on Sharad Kelkar. He will be hosting the show alone. The crew is leaving for Goa tomorrow and the show will run for a span of one month."

The show will kick start sometime in September and will have newly weds Juhi Parmar - Sachin Shroff, Rakhi Sawant - Elesh, Gurmeet Chaudhary - Debina Bonnerjee, Shilpa Saklani - Apoorva Agnihotri and Mouni Roy - Gaurav Chopra.
