Anandham February 2006 Updates

I am new to this forum. You didn't miss much during the first part. Laks, Uma, Shanti and Shyam are in Lak's house. Uma brings coffee or tea for everyone. Everyone starts talking great about Shyam. Laks says that Shyam has proven again that he is not like his father. Shanti talks big about Shyam too.
Then Shyam says that he has a confession. Actually he lied before the judge. He says that he say Deepa taking the printout. But the reason why he lied is to help very nice people like Shanti akka and RK mamma. Even though Deepa did a bad thing her intentions were good. Moreover he didn't want his sister to hangout with bad people like Srinivasan.
Laks is concerned that Abhirami will give Shyam a very hard time. But Shyam says that he can deal his sister and she will listen if any comments came from her own brother's mouth. That's it.
Abhirami's, Rohini's and Ramya's costumes are SO GREAT.
Just opposite for Deepa and Sukanya. YUCK.

Breif Update

Shyam & Raj tell shanthi that they would like to stay clear of her, as they want her to unite with karthik.

Shanthi says till the time abhirami realises her faults, she will interact with them, then she herself will Odhungufy.

Inspector investigating govindans case refuses to drop his son at school in his official jeep, so the son goes in an overloaded school rickshaw, which meets with an accident. The ambulance in whihc govindan is travelling happens to come that route, & both govindan and the driver render first aid service to the injured rickshawala & the children. He also drops the injured kids at their house, & drops the inspector son at his house, the boy wants to introduce his cop dad, govindan escapes.

There is a chamber meeting arranged and Abhirami & RK arrive, just when RK thanks the chamber for havign given him the forign opportunity that is why he got the ford contract srini gets ups and says that since he went through the chamber it is a public affair and not private, abhi is happy ,

will wait & watch what happens today

2nd Feb 2006

Shanthi gets up states points after points as to how RK did nto use the chambers money to go to America though he was qualified, and she thought that srini was educated, but he doesnot even knwo the chamber rules. Everyone appalaud her speech

RK and co come home and RK says make coffee for shanthi. Narayanan & RK glorify shanthi so much about her speech in the chamber. Shanthi who jsut cannot seem to express, tries to act humble, but that is how far it gets. They all wish shanthi and karthik get back to gether again.

RAj arrages for an australian party to come to their office & demos dinesh;s design and speaks about the silk products. Australian party decide to buy the entire consignment

The inspectors is briefed about the accident when he gets home, & his wife asks him to drop her son everyday, he says he cannot and he isalready stressed and now her and throws his files forcefully, donw, govindan's photo slips out and and the boy identifies govindan and tells him how he is travelling in an ambulance, inspector alerts the police people

abhirami & srini plot to remove the roots of shanthi and seperate her from RK family

AT the temple abhirami comes to do archanai, and finds RK & Co doing thula baram for madans son

Update for Fri Feb 3-2006

Temple scene

RK and family are giving tulabharam for the child and Abi is watching
it from a distance with jealousy and anger. After a while, RK's family
also see Abi but they keep quiet. After the ceremony is over, they
come out passing by Abi but no conversation takes place. Rajeswari now
says that evil eyes from bad people had sighted the child and so
veetuku poittu dhrushti suthi podanum. Hearing this, Abi murmurs that
the evil eye is not on the child but rather on the child's mother,Rohini.

Police HQ

Police chief meets the police officers regarding progress in catching
Govindan. When told about the ambulance/school children incident, he
says that all hospitals to be asked whether any ambulance is missing
and enquires to be conducted among ambulance drivers. Also he asks
them to enquire whether any children were brought to any hospital by
any ambulance. More vigorous search to be done by searching suspicious
vehicles on the road also. He says he might have to retire soon if
this fellow is not caught early.

Abi/Srini meeting

Abi and Srini meet for nth time to make plans against their enemies.
Abi is very angry with Rohini because of tulabharam incident and talks
about Rohini snatching her husband. Srini tells that Rohini also
caused 10 lakhs loss to Abi through her spy efforts and from his side,
his enemy is shanti who has split his family and taken away his
wife/son. ( kettu kettu bore adichachu). Now he tells Abi to
concentrate on Rohini and he will focus on shanti and they will use
all non-vegetarian methods(??) in future against these enemies.

Shanti's house

Shanti's uncle planning to leave for his village and Shanti tries to
stop him. He says you are not listening to me and you & karthik are
not ready to live together. Then the same old dialogues continue like
these city people are not good for you, come back to village etc—so
boring. Shanti says you are not able to understand my position and
even takes out her anger on her child also who is preparing to go to
school.Finally, uncle leaves in a huff refusing to listen to shanti.

Temple scene

One new guy ( not seen before) tells the priest that he wants to
conduct archanai to pray for getting a loan form a bank. He says he
has tried very hard but is not yet sanctioned and the loan is very
crucial for him. When the archanai is over, he sees Rohini coming near
the sannadhi and tells that God has heard my prayer and the person to
give the loan is here. He then talks to Rohini and asks her about the
loan. She listens and tells him to come to bank and she will try to
help him further.
Further connections to this story is to be awaited.

Shanti's uncle on the road

Shanti's uncle walking on the road towards the bus stand and images of
earlier conversations with Karthick,Abirami,RK flash through him and
he looks very much disturbed. He narrowly misses an accident with a
auto and another one with a 2 wheeler but carries on in the same way.
Now, he is seen walking in the centre of the road and a vehicle comes
and hits him. He is thrown out and seems to be seriously injured. (May
be due to this, psychological pressure will be put on shanti to join
with karthik)

Police search for Govindan

Police search for Govindan goes in full swing –in hospitals, ambulance
drivers questioned etc. but to no avail. Vehicle searches take place
on the road. Our hero now is seen near a STD booth and phones up
kanduvatti's office and demands to speak to the chief kanduvatti.Both
Govindan & K/vatti chief threaten each other. Govindan says he may
surrender to Police and give full informatin about divya murder case
and involvement of K/vatti, Abirami etc. and then he asks his help for
getting fake passport to go abroad. He says he asked Abi for help but
she did not help him.K/vatti says that had he caught him in Abirami's
house before, he would have given him permanent passport to leave this
world.
This conversation is heard by Arjun's spy,peon in K/vatti's office
(Sorry, I have forgotten his name) who looks shocked to hear that
Govindan was hiding in Abi's house and the screen freezes

- Shanthi's spy who is working in Kandhuvadi's house comes and gives shanthi the info about govindan's call to kandhuvadi, and how govindan was threatening kandhu& kandhu was telling G, that if he finds him he wil lkill him

- An informer tips the police about govindan travelling in an ambulance & the ambulance #, the cops chase and stop the ambulance, but no govindan inside, they take the driver into custody, who admits that govindan was travelling with him, but does not know when he slipped out of hte ambulance, the police chief lets him go & asks officer siddiq to follow him closely

- Arjun & Gani are plotting with lawyer prakahs to find govindan based on thier spy's infor from kandhu's office

- Gani suspects someone in Abhirami's house should have supported govindan & arjun wants to inquire the samayal karan, so they duly kidnap samayal karan & inquire.The samayal karan tries to act smart arjun and gani try hard to bring out the correct information from him

- Samayal karan says i told the same thing to kandhu so im telling you, inspecotr says if we catch govindan and he spills the bean then you will be in trouble, saying this they drop the samayal character

- Gani suspects samayal. So arjun asks him work mates to follow the smaya.

- Kandhu's calls abhi and informs her about govindan & the ambulance. He tells her that the cops finally caught govindan, abhi gets tensed, kandhus then says that govindan escaped. kandhus tells abhi not to worry as he will kill govindan once he gets his hands on him

Tuesday,Feb 7-2006 -- Brief outline

Well, nothing much happening today!

-- The guy who had earlier asked for a loan in Rohini's bank comes to her and tells a sob story about daughter lying in hospital (looks like a con). As the loan has not been yet sanctioned, Rohini out of pity gives him her money to be returned when he gets the loan and this seems to be recorded by his mobile.

-- Shanti is frantic that her uncle has not reached his village and tells her MIL who tells Arjun/Karthik to search. They do a massive foot patrol job(!) all over the city but to no avail.

-- Shanti's uncle is now shown lying in hospital barely conscious and he tells the doctor that he knows R.K. As the doctor also knows R.K. he hurries to contact him. Next we see the phone ringing in Rajeswari's house and the screen freezes.

Wednesday,Feb 8-2006 -- Brief outline

-- Doctor calls from the hospital and tells Rajeswari about Mama's accident. She calls up Shanti and comes to the hospital and they find Mama reluctant to speak to Shanti, obviously angry. Rajeswari tells Shanti that even if she does not join with Karthick immediately, at least they shd act like that in front of Mama.

-- Rajeswari meets Karthick and tells him he is partially responsible for all this and now he shd at least do some acting with Shanti just to allow Mama to recover.

-- Shyam and Goutam are with Uma who tell them they have to go Delhi immediately for a textile trade exhibition. Goutam tells Ramya to pack his things. Ramya is sad that Goutham will be away for a week.

-- Karthick/Shanti arrive in the hospital in different cars and don't speak till they arrive near Mama's room. Then they put on such an act of affection that Mama is convinced and he is happy. They then take leave from him and then go away on separate paths as before. Karthick is left wondering (as always).

Thursday,Feb 9-2006 -- Brief outline

-- Karthick/Shanti are again shown leaving in different paths.Later Shanti/karthick accompanied by her child come to the hospital. Though the acting continues, the child looks in a strange way at their talking together. Mama gets the hint and tells them to stop acting.They are shocked, of course.He leaves the hospital telling them he will come back only after they are united.

-- The man who had applied for a loan in Rohini's bank now meets her and returns the Rs.10000 he had taken from her and this is being recorded by someone else.

-- RK gets a courier containing a CD and in that by seeing the above scene, RK/wife are shocked.Now Abirami calls RK and tells him that this CD is incriminating evidence for Rohini to take bribe and she can send it to Bank management.

--Rk/wife are now with their sons, Arjun, Rajeswari's brother and all see the CD again. Rohini looks very sad and shocked and the screen freezes.

Update for Fri Feb 10-2006

RK & family

Continuation of yesterday's scene with RK and all family members
discussing the VCD matter.RK asks Rohini what exactly happened. Rohini
tells her story as it happened and says she only helped Gurumurthy who
is just a regular customer—because he said his daughter is sick, she
gave her money and then received it back. Immediately Kahuna opens his
mouth and says he will destroy Abi and so on.He is restrained by
others saying we should rather think before talking emotionally.
Rohini tells RK that he only can save her. Bala (Rajeswari's bro) asks
Rohini whether the loan amount has been sanctioned. She said the
amount has not been yet disbursed. Then Bala said if Gurumurthy
returned your money without getting the loan amount, this is a total
con operation by Abi, there is no doubt. After some discussion,it is
decided to go to Lawyer Prakash for guidance. Shanti then asks Arjun
why he is very silent so far. He says he will go out and come back
later and goes with Karthik without telling where he is going.

Lawyer's house

Lawyer Prakash has become a judge and he is being congratulated by
everyone. In the meanwhile RK & his troupe come in and watch the scene
with slight dismay. RK also conveys his best wishes and then Prakash
asks RK why they have all come. Reluctantly, they tell their story and
also say they were hesitant to tell because he has become a judge now.
Prakash says because he is a judge now, he cannot take up this case
and so he will his junior to help RK out. RK says if they go to
Police, Rohini's name will be spoiled unnecessarily. Prakash says so
far, only threats have come from Abi, no case has been yet filed and
so it is preemptive to approach Police directly. Prakash says this is
a very serious matter because nowadays third party video evidence is
taken seriously and he quotes recent Parliamentary scam regarding
MP's. He further says we will have to speak to the guy who was
involved in this matter and find out his connections.

Gurumoorthy's house

Arjun/Karthick come to Moorthy's house. His wife lets them in and soon
Moorthy comes and asks them about the purpose of their visit.
Arjun/Karthik said Rohini is in a difficult position because of this
loan matter and so you have help her by telling what exactly happened
about your daughter's hospitalisation etc. His wife listens to all
this perplexed. Moorthy now says that Rohini asked for a bribe to get
the loan passed and he paid it considering it like a service
charge.Arjun /Karthik get annoyed and tell him whether he can tell
this by facing your wife? He keeps quiet now and his wife asks him
what is all this –hospital,daughter sick—I can't understand anything.
Moorthy immediately shouts at her to go inside and then tells
Arjun/Karthik to get out of the house. They threaten him that they
will go to Police and come out. Moorthy looks worried.

RK & FAMILY

RK and family discuss the matter after returning from Prakash's house.
Every one says RK should take a decision about this matter as how to
proceed in this issue further. They all say they will respect his
decision in this regard. RK after lot of thought tells them they may
not understand/accept his decision,perhaps Shanti may understand. Then
he says in this matter, in order to save one DIL (Rohini), he is going
to meet his ex-DIL (Abirami). Everyone looks stunned and don't agree
to it. But RK says to remove poison from our body, we have to approach
the source even if we don't like it. Abi could have easily approached
the Police so far but she has not done so due to certain reasons, and
we have to find what exactly are these reasons.
Her aim is to make us come to her and I am prepared to speak to her to
find out her aim. Lakshman/Bala say if RK says something, it will be
wise,we will respect it. Rajeswari says she is worried. Shanty says
already your younger son does not like dealing with Abi &family
members and now he will get more angry. RK says he will deal with
Karthick and you don't worry.

Now the scene shifts to the beach and we see the sea waves caressing
Abirami's feet as she stands there and the screen freezes.

Brief outline for Monday Feb 13-2006
Rather pathetic and unbelievable episode

-- Abirami meets RK in the beach and tells him that she is ready to give up the property/wealth grabbed from RK provided Madan comes back to her,exclusively for her only. RK of course is shocked.

-- RK discusses this with his family. Everyone is very furious. Rajeswari even goes to the extent of telling Karthik to go & kill Abirami and go to jail and they will protect him. But RK tells her to shut up and tells Madan to go to Abirami and appease her (not very clear what RK intends). Rohini says if Madan deserts her and goes to Abi, she will die.

-- Abirami is seen looking very fresh with lots of jasmine flowers and in very jolly mood and ordering the cook to prepare lots of favourites for Madan. (how she is sure Madan is to come??). Madan is seen driving in the car. The camera freezes on Abi's expectant face.
