Question about the promo

Just wondering....lately, the promos that have been aired for this show haven't been happening.

I mean, when the show started, the promo that they showed happened in around two days. But now, we keep waiting for the thing in the promo to happen....like geeta still hasnt shown up. i wonder if nanhe also will really stay in bhaskar's house. maybe they edit the story after showing a promo or something? i dont know...so just wondering.
