Let me begin with saying that I do not support capital punishment or violence in any shape or form.
As I understand it, punishment serves two purposes, the first is of course to punish the guilty and, the second is to show the law abiding citizens what happens to those who break the laws of society..
what you guys think it should be practice or not ?
