A Case for Keshav

Long time back, when Keshav entered PB, I was hoping that he would become a confidante and friend to Rads. But that never came to anything as we all hated to see Keshav and rads sharing screen space. I know the very mention of his name makes people go crazy and chaddi man comes to play.

But, I would like to see how Keshav can fit into this ashram track. Will he be instrumental in bringing Rads and Dev together in life? Will he come to know that Rads is married to Dev and that was the reason she wore sindoor for so long and that was why she refused to marry him? Will Radhika herself tell him this truth in some indirect way? He already knows that they love each other. It is only a step further for him to know that they are married and that dev doesn't know that!

I certainly do not want him "lurking" at night to visit with Rads! But he can be a faithful Lancelot for our Queen Genevieve while Our King Arthur is yet to know that he is wed to his queen.

Whatever his role later , so far keshav has been gentle & good to Radhika , He has never imposed on dev , but do his bidding .

Yeah, interest- he looks so "boyish"- quite the peter pan look.

Perhaps a Nandu-Keshav connection----Keshav may get an inkling of the truth from Nandu and will work to correct the Dev-Rad situation. Till now he has been a basically decent person.

I think the only reason he came in the night is to tell her dad is OK.

Blokes, you make a good point. Rad wronged Keshav. She went all the way up to marriage ceremony and some can argue humiliated his family. Keshav was always kind to her and even forgave her. She has never been honest with him. While she has never led him on, she has never given him a truthful explanation. When she put the sindoor on-she lied about the reason and when she took it off, she also was not truthful. For a while he thought it was for him. I agree that she owes him some truth. So far Keshav has done nothing wrong. He is a casualty of Rads ability not to speak plainly.

Well put Julie- am trying to resurrect a "nice" character here! Yes, none of us are keen on another "false" marriage track with him and Rads, but he has some redeeming qualities that could be exploited to move the narrative forward. His staunch support to rads, his unrequited love for her, his gentleness. Let us hope they keep him a positive character. we have enough negatives as it is with even Vivek becoming a shade of "grey" when it comes to the jodi of radev.

yes i like keshav but when he is around rad i get tensed and irritated where the false marrige track is going to start.

Blokes: You are so right.......The Creatives have used the name Keshav aka Kanha........and raised our hopes so high........Also, I feel they have interesting choice of names (Devki - mother of kanha), Janki - another name for Sita Maiyya as the name of head matron (for lack of better word) .........

Anu- I noticed too- the janki devi connection immediately. Let us see where this plot is going- I am watching less of Cb and more of Pavitra Rishta and now Meera- the girl playing meera is so cute!
