Pandeys get a call that there is trouble in the factory when they reach there they are confronted with the angry workers.. asking for hike and bonus when they pelt stones over Gyan an angry Jia tells them that they will get their money by the evening. Jia tells Gyan to dispose off their shares but Gyan says no. he says that now its matter of pride and that he is ready to sell off his house but not the shares. Nera offers money after Savitri tells her to do so but Gyan refuses and when it seems that even Jia can not organize money and the deadline is nearing. Gyan calls the broker and signs the house papers
