till before last week he had got yellows. its only last week and this week that he is in top 2... something must have changed drastically... maybe the additional 65000 that u r talking about...

lemme make it clear that the money is for publicity but not votes....if it was for votes then why the hell would the tv people air it cos it would b a loss for them too...guys hema's family couldnt speak or let it out the rite way abt the spending money and many misunderstood them....and I.D was not at all mentioning hema cos nyone observed the tension when hema was in the last two during elimination and even he feels that hema sings and deserves the title very well....anyways...ankita as u think he is not spending two lakhs everyweek...it was once that they spent and that too for publicity....get to know the rite info bfore u say somethin

Agreed!they spent money on posters and that too once.I wish his mom shouldn't have said that,ppl are all after hemas parents.They don't seem that rich to spend money ever week.All parents do that but hemas mom was the only one who spoke out.And if they have been buying him votes then he wouldn't have been in last three for so many weeks.He is on top now,because his fans are growing,just like on this forum😊

the week tht hema got the hightest was the same time when HR mentioned tht precisely 73% of votes were from assam. if all the votes were regionally bias than debu would ovbiously get the highest but since they r not its understood tht quirea bit of votes from assam were for hema as well n not to forgert from all over india. if there has been a drastic change than its juz the increase in hema's supporteers as wicked said.

even if they spent money it must have been on advertising and publicity for Chandu and not on votes ... coz publicity will bring in votes week after week whereas if they just do SMS it lasts only for one episode ... my thoughts !!!

spending 2 lakhs does not automatically mean they are rich or whatever ... it could be loan, pf money withdrawal, or all hard saved money ... if you just go by the looks they do not look in anyway ultrarich to just spend 2 lakhs like pocket money ... if parents spend about 2 or 3 lakhs to educate us and make an engineer or doctor (which is nothing now a days) that gives a CAREER to us ... whats wrong in a parent spending the money to make a career for their child? Are our careers worth more than a singing career that there is enough justification is spending on us ... Chandus career would be singing and their parents are right in doing their might to give a break to this lovely kid ...

a lil maths ... each sms costing 6 bucks ... 2 lakhs can only fetch about 33,333.33 votes ... compare with 50+ lakh votes being polled everyweek now ... which is about 0.66% votes ...

assuming when Hema got highest votes they soent 2 lakhs (not true ... as the statement was made by family a few episodes ago) ... would deducting 0.66% make him second or thrid or even last in the ranking ... i dont think so ...

let us give the credit where it is apt !!! have seen other therad on Hemas family spending 2 lakhs as well ... very inappropriate thing to discuss ...

i am with chandu.this talk about 2 lakhs has been making the rounds whenever he gives a good performance.

hem,debo,himani nihira inspite of good and not so good performances remained in the exactly same position as last week.but vinitjumped from 4th to 1st place !!!.

votecount has jumped to 60 lakhs in 1week even with paresh leaving with 7.5lakh votes (15%of 50 lakhs)and fans not too happy with HR.SHOW is ranked 97TH!!!(29 dec episode)with trp of 2.4.Less no of people continue to vote even more after their favourites are out?nihira is out amI going to continue spending .NO

the episode on the Friday was ranked 77th ... in the same week Indian Idol episodes were ranked 76th ... all 1 to 10 were Star serial ... all Kyonkis and Kahanis ... are people really watching these?
