I don't think that Bindiya Shree ki saghi behen hai.

Kyun ke kal ki maha epi mein Niki ne kaha tha k "shukar he k Bindiya ne hamein apne mata pita se milwaya".

So this means she may be her cousin. Is she?

Yea she isnt Shree real sister but shree's dead moms sister daughter but shree considers her to be her sister because they are really close to each other.
