hahaha...I love the last option..I would so totally do that if I can...
But I think making HP compulsory sounds good too..or HP instead of Shakespeare..then I don't need to worry about my English grade EVER😉😆

Real magic does exist. Just that in real life, we call it magick (just an extra "k" at the end - but nothing less than the "magic" we know). Right now I am learning it, and it is great fun. Of course real magick isn't anything like or near to Hogwarts, however a lot of things are alike.

Hey can you tell what you're learning and what's the difference between 'magic' and 'magick'? I'm really curious😛😳

I knew I would be getting responses like that from the HP crazies. 😆 See I myself am a beginner in the Occult side, so I am afraid, I do not think I can be much of a help to you. But I will tell you as much as I can. See, after finishing the HP saga, I was mad about learning magics and all. I wanted it to be real. I engrossed everything I could get at my hand regarding these things. I searched heavily on the net regarding real magic and stuffs, and then I came to realize that, while the HP magic is completely fictional (of course, you aren't expecting to be taming dragons, flying in a broom, and becoming invisible), it will be quite incorrect to say that magic doesn't exist at all. I came across various sites (some really authentic ones as well) which explains a lot about magic and stuffs. At first I was a bit skeptic (not that I am not a skeptic anymore), but now my faith in it is much stronger than before. While what HP says is impossible and totally fictional, things like casting spells, making potions, amulets, incense, etc, are real - even if on a different scale than what HP shows us.

If you are a beginner into it, I will advise you in doing a bit of googling about these first, before I go ahead and tell you what I have learned.

This is where I started with: Academy of Sorcery.

This is where I got to learn 'bout potions and stuffs: PotionMixology

Here is one forum (for whatever reason it is not being opened now; can you open it?) that teaches every aspect of magick: Sacred-Magick.

This is another good forum for learning about witchcraft: Witchcraft Net (You have to register there first before you can view its content).

And here is another one: Traditional Witchcraft Forum.

And this is a really great site to begin: Everything under the Moon.

Don't know how much truthfulness there are to any of these...but if so many people are following these paths, then there must be something in it... 🤔

Wow, this is really interesting! I'm totally looking into it!😃😆
I voted for the compulsory schools choice. It'd be super cool for everyone to be required to read HP.😉😛

omg thanx soo much🤗
I am really impressed by your research!👏 Thanks for the links, I am going to look at them right now...but JKR had said she too is skeptical about it even though she herself wrote everything, but this seems just so interesting and yes you are right here we are all HP crazies😆😆😳

These things are worth being skeptical about. 😆 Obviously people in the 21st century cannot digest such things without a single thought. But when I see that so many people are taking that path in their life (Wiccans, Pagans, Shamans, etc) to learn magick and various things related to it, then I feel there must be something into it, otherwise these things would have been lost in the air, and people who take this path would have been ridiculed. Check the forums, there you can meet like-minded people with whom you can discuss these things lively.
