Mamaji praises Mansen's efforts on creating the fake finance company. Devji Dada calls for a meeting and wishes that Goenka Group may finance Rs.100 crore to Arjun's project(On Usual terms and conditions and interest rate). Mansen agrees. Shefali says that it would result in a loss to Goenka Group. Vishaka, Yuvraj and Aksh are also against the same. Thus, Mansen also disagrees as majority is not willing.
Mansen meets Baisa and asks about her health. She says that he should leave out his differences and think like an elder member of the family.
Bhoomi is serving food and being made fun of by Yuvraj, Aksh and Vishaka. They also tease Arjun. Bhoomi cries and leaves.
She tells Keshav that she cannot tolerate anything against Arjun because he is not only her friend but also because she loves him.Keshav says that it is not proper for a Naukrani to love her Employer. Bhoomi says that love does not see any differences and that she knows that Arjun also loves her.However Keshav is not convinced and on Bhoomi's insistance he agrees to talk with Arjun.
Baisa and Bhoomi have a talk and Baisa sees her blushing. Bhoomi says that she chosen a boy for her. Baisa is very happy and says that she will talk with the boy's family.
Keshav discusses with his dad Vasudev regarding Bhoomi's marriage and that it should be fixed as soon as possible. Vasudev also thinks the same and shows one photo of a boy.Keshav then goes on to tell about Bhoomi's feelings for Arjun. But Vasudev is not pleased. Keshav however decides to take Arjun's opinion.
Keshav meets Arjun and says that he has thought of fixing Bhoomi's marriage. Arjun is very happy and asks who the boy is and Keshav says that the boy is before him and shows him the photo. Arjun remarks that he is handsome and is matching for Bhoomi and leaves to discuss with Bhoomi regarding her marriage. Keshav thinks that he is now sure that he has made the right decision and that Arjun does not love Bhoomi..
