well in the promo they just showed akshara in the mandhir . when she arrives there naitik hides somewhere because nani and varsha came with her. and then akshara says yeh naitik ji kaha hai varsha replies woh nani ji ko dekh kar kahi chup gaye ho ge and that's it.
