The reason of their cricket downfall is with in the last 6 years 9 players of australia cricket retired. None happened to other cricket playing nations. Mathew Hayden is left

Justin Langer, Micheal Bevan, Damien Martyn, Adam Gilchrist, Mark Waugh and Steve Waugh, Jason Gillespee, Glenn Meghrath, Shane Warne, Shane Lee, etc

These was the reason. 6 years back there were as always very powerful. Now its their weakness. They have become weak and all new players have added . They have no openers

In ICC twenty20 2009 . Shane watson was the opener. Now in australian cricket Ricky Ponting, Clarke and symonds good batsmen is only left. This is not the way its to be done.

I still believe Australia have the strongest domestic cricket structure than other cricketing nations. It is obvious that a team which suddenly lost most of its BIG MATCHWINNERS is going to struggle.. They still have very talented cricketers like Clarke,Johnson,Hilfenhaus etc.. It's just a matter of time.. Young players are coming into the team..They will be groomed under the likes of Ponting and Lee.. It will take time to adjust to the pressures of international cricket...It will take time for them to gel together and once, they'll be done with it..We'll again witness a tough Australian side!
