well Ekta didn't tell him to feel pain n ofcourse she forgot to tell kashish n rishi to take him to hospital.
in 1way its good now u don't 've to watch 1more episode on hospitsl scene. 😈

right and one more thing: tushar and kashish were on a car and they left swayam somewhere in the middle of the car and still he reached his home faster than tushar and kashish. and when their car broke they had to go through forest. does this make any sense????
