thank u jp. good question. i wish dev searches for some answers and gets them soon. i ave a strange suspicion that he KNOWS the truth- maybe he was awake when rads confessed about them being man and wife when he was ill and that was why he kept hounding her to get the truth out of her.
let us wait and watch- it is certainly going to be teaching us a lesson in patience. don't they say that bhagwan ke style mien dher hai par andher nahin or something? (God's ways take time but never keeps people in the dark).
I had the strange suspicion too. My reasons for the suspicion are:
1. After seeing Rads face in Haridwar, Dev refused to take phere with Vish and said something like....I honor the phere we took around the agni in the presence of our family and society, don't you honor them? and then he looked very strangely at Rads as though he really meant to question her and then when the Panditji said Rads did all the preparations for the phere he looked at Rads as if to say "How could you?"
2. He knew rocking the jhoola at Phool Bangla was to be done by married couples and he made sure he did it with Rads
3. Same for the Vat Savitri puja in the temple where they went round the tree.
4. He made sure he broke his vrat with Rads.
I thought he was waiting for Rads to confess so that he can then reveal the truth to his family and he also wanted to be sure that she married him for the right reason and not under any pressure.
However after that episode I was not sure that my suspicion was true because when rads told him that now they have to walk on seperate paths, he has reluctantly agreed to it and accepted it.
Blokes, I would really like to know your reasons for the suspicion, and why do you still think he knows.
