SO EKTA kapoor story before leap can go two way.
First, if the vamp died and family life happy after tat. Kids grow up after the leap. (kumkum)Second, Misunderstanding and female lead leave the actor alone. (kasam se)
So, I am guessing, Since veera died. Gayatri will make prem kick her out of the house. She will live the town forever while she is leaving. Prem will find out the truth and he will regard his decision. After the leap, Prem will try looking for heer and they will meet eachother. I am guessing Heer will hate prem. And, prem will try to clear up the misunderstanding.
