I don't think the slap was really needed but then I really don't blame Riddz for slapping Armaan. It was an impulsive reaction on ther part. Its just that at that moment she was overcome with betrayal and anger at being lied to so many times by the person she loves and trusts the most, that her immediate reaction was the slap. PPl do tend to do things they really don't mean to when consumed with hurt and anger. So even though the slap was not needed Ridz was not completely in the wrong for doing it.
