i can't say abt dmg because i didn't see the episodes u mentioned but ya dey blatantly copy friends for sure...so many scenes have been lifted and used in DMG...even the title track is simiar to friends

as for mjht i have to say d whole mayank-nupur getting lost in jungle was totally from d aamir khan flick dil hain ki maanta nahin....d bus scene where she falls on his lap to d jungle scenes...everything!!...lolz won't dey get sued for this or sumthing

You know MJHT is a bit like DMG also. And if they are reported for copying, they immediately put up the disclaimer. Problem solved!!
