it hasnt been confirmed about shom being a dad but since the doctors were different, i think that...the reports might have been changed by a nurse or another doctor and shoms doc just read him the report! so someone could have changed the report and the NEWS IS FALSE THAT SHOM CANT BE A FATHER!

yeah i think so too so he become emotional maybe it was daakshi or manas.

but i agree his reports might be changed

isnt reth supposed to end soon so if the reports were switched the show will take even longer
