Nowhere in the original topic, I said that Arman is not important for the show. However, it is a fact that the show needs all the characters, just not Arman. Sometimes it is difficult to deal with the fact that one character can run the show. I gave an evidence that under Arman's major tenure, DMG lost TRPs because the show could not bring anything new.

Now that other characters are introduced, Arman has to play role which for the time is to create trouble for AN. Deep inside he knows that Abhi had a crush on Ridhima and this may be another factor for his disliking of Abhi.
