Salman's a good friend: Sneha | |

| Sneha Ullal is back with a bang in Tollywood as she returns on screen in a new film.
"It's quite different from the roles I played before," says the Ash look-alike. After being hailed a sensation after her debut film Ulasamga Utsahamaga, Sneha had to contend with a dud in Nenu Meeku Telusa. Does she regret doing it? "I don't regret a bit since we received great acclaim. I feel proud to be associated with such a sleek and trendy film," she quips. If she's not signed films with top Tollywood stars there's a reason for it too. She says, "I got three big offers while I was shooting for Ulhasamga Utsahamga, but I couldn't take them up as I had assured director Karunakaran that I'd not do any film until it released." Did her promise cost her dearly? "I don't think so. I can't go back on promises I've made. I might have lost some star-studded films, but now I'll make up for it," she avers. Now that she has decided to park herself down south, Sneha's also done a Sandalwood film with Upendra. "Although it was a star-centric film, the film revolved around me and it was a challenge to do the role," she says. So has the girl who made a blockbsuer debut with Salman Khan in Lucky 'No Time for Love in 2004, given up on her Bollywood dreams? "Not really. My film Click is set to hit the screens soon. I also have a film with Salman which is still under discussions." How does she feel to be back with her mentor Salman? "More than a mentor, I'd like to call him a good friend. He's always been there for me when I need him. He felt that I should do films down south for their 'professionalism'. I am very happy that he answers my calls whenever I need some advise ."
