I used to use Biore pore strips for my face until I just felt they were a bit overpriced. Even on sale. So I tried these cheap ones from my local CVS pharmacy and apart from the clinical smell, they work just as well as the Biore. The shape is a little less precise, but they are like practically half price because they never advertise them. That combined with my facial scrub makes my face look very clean.

Hi Amruta,
Pore strips make your pores appear smaller actually. Pore size appears larger when they are filled with oil, blackheads and dirt. By using them, the pores look smaller because they take it away. Biore brand is good but it costs more as well. They were the first company to make them and then others followed with their version. CVS brand is also good. Fragrance wise Biore is pretty good and they have one regular typre and another ultra strength which is stronger. $$$ wise there are cheaper ones out there.

Jess pore strips are these strips that adhere to the skin when wet and then it locks on to blackheads in the skin. After the strip is dry, it's pulled off and it takes off the blackheads with it. Then your face looks much clearer. It is also better when used with a facial scrub as that takes off dead skin. If you dont get a lot of clogged pores, it's not a big deal.

Yeah. I read on their site that they promise to reduce pore size if used on a regular basis.

@ Jess: I hope it helps. A pore refining scrub may also help.
