Abhi has obviously been in love with Niki for quite a while. And now its obvious Niki is also in love with Abhi though she hasn't admitted it yet. But we all know she was falling for him from the very start. So here is a list of evidence pointing to the fact that Niki has been in love with Abhi for just as long as he's been in love with her and is only now really begining to realize it. Feel free to add to it.
1. She always gets jealous whenever Abhi pays any attention to any girl but her, mainly Riddhima since she knows he had a crush on her at one point. This was noticeable even during their stay in Panchgani such as when Abhi complimented Riddhima in front of Niki.
2. She always gets lost in his eyes whenever the two have an eye lock. This was obvious from months ago when she slammed the door into his arm and automatically places a hand on his arm and the two lock eyes.
3. She tends to show concern and worry for him whenever he gets hurt by anything or anyone unless its by her hand. Again the example in number two plus how she doesn't want him leaving Panchgani at night. And of course the most recent crying during the boxing match. Also her worrying like crazy about him right before the match and even before Abhi/Armaan decided to have the fight.
4. She's pretty easy and friendly to get along with. The only one she appers to have a problem with is Abhi who somehow always gets under her skin. Proof: even after the others got used to Abhi and began leaving him alone Niki just couldn't stay away from him.
5. She always dances with Abhi. Examples would be the New Years Party, Holi, Valentine's Party, AR's Roka, etc. She even grew bitter when Abhi wouldn't dance with her at keerti/Shubankars' Sangeet.
6. The pranks and fighting are obviously her way of keeping his attention. I mean if she really didn't like him then ignoring and avoiding him would be the best. Instead she hunts him down to fight/argue/prank him.
7. She's definately attracted to him which was obvious when he did the strip tease during the Valentine's party fiasco.
8. she unconsciencly trusts him from the start since she let him take her home after the holi fiasco. Not to mention she hugged him when she realized it was him after the lights went out in the meeting room. She also doubts that he used her in the project and has a self debate about whether he did or not.
9. She has an attachment to him from the start. This is obvious after the Holi fiasco when she asked him if he liked her and when she asked him to hold her hand all night long. She even told him in her drunken state that he wasn't so bad and gave him a hug.
10. She cares about what he thinks of her. Again obvious when she goes to apologize for lying to him about taking advantage of her after the holi episode.
11. She tends to respond to him physically. Such as when he backs her into the medicine boxes at the medical camp, and again when she goes to see him before the boxing match. Not to mention all the times he grabs her by the hand and strokes her hair. Before backing away she is just as lost in his touch as he is. She even leans into his touch when he strokes her hair after the meeting for the new Sanjeevani project. And then the biggest one of course the near kiss and how he circles around her right before it. She gets flustered and even closes her eyes and leans in for the kiss too.

For example when the girls and boys challenge each other at Panchgani all the other girls want to be away from their significant other but both Abhi and Niki insist that the other stay with them should they win. Niki for instance says that should the girls win Abhi must stay and be her driver. If she really disliked him she'd have wanted him to leave her alone.
14. Abhi is always on her mind. She even dreams about him even if in the beginning they are violent dreams such as the one in Panchgani where she beat up Armaan in her sleep thinking it was Abhi. Later she begins to think about him such as how he called her a good intern when he was defending himself about why he picked her for the project.
15. She becomes flustered around him when taken off guard. This is apparent during the scene right before AR's Roka when he helps her with her dress and again ususally after any scene where he grabs her hand or strokes her hair or says something flattering to her.
16. She is flattered whenever he compliments her such as when he was giving the reasons why he chose her for the project.
17. She wants to help him. Example she took him the file he forgot for the project and then got the project back for him.
