Islam and terrorism.
Asalamualikum. That means may peace be upon you, in the Arabic language. Its in a Islamic tradition of greeting people. This by itself tells you what Islam is about. But even now Islam is being considered as a murderous, debauched religion by many! Why is Islam, such a beautiful religion misconcepted in such a terrible way? Why is terrorism the first thing that strikes to a person when you mention about Islam?
Why is Jihad considered as terrorism? In this era, every women wearing a burqa is considered as a bad person, a person you cannot trust…..a person who might be related to terrorists….Why? because she covners herself? Her face? A women wears a burqa to protect herself so that she can respect herself and so that she does not attract unwanted attention! Not because she was hidden arms she is trying to hide…
Well I don't blame you'll……this is how Islam is projected by some ruthless, heartless, sadistic people who call themselves as muslims. Who kill innocent people, cause terror…….and call it Jihad!
All terrorists may be muslims….but all muslims are not terrorists.
These terrorists say that they fight in the name of Islam. But they don't. are they even Muslims?
Muslims are the ones who surrender themselves to God, do good to others and practice peace!
Islam by itself means peace. Jihad, is defending your religion. What these terrorists are doing is not Jihad. They are a shame to muslims, to the country they belong, to the peace of this world and to their character itself. Im a muslim. I hate terrorists. I try not hurt anyone. I try to please my God.
Then why am I targeted?
Im a muslim. Im also an Indian. I love my country…..after praying my namaaz I pray to Allah for my country.
India is democratic, we respect peace……we love our country…we love our religion…..we intend no harm.
