Why did Saloni flee like a coward instead of facing the Singhs squarely and saying I am tired of running from my fate , it keeps following me so let me face it ? I am tired of apologizing for a crime I havent even done ..........well here I am , like it or not , and now since my two daughters r grown up , let them decide if they want to keep relation with me or not ..........the Singh family's decision making for them days r over ?
She is the heroine ...........why show her in this cowardly light ? And the arrogance of the Singhs..........Bhabho and Tara , with their moralistic judgemental attitude is quite stunning , it is quite one thing to choose not to associate with a person by choice if u think he is guilty , but to expect that she shud flee from wherever they go or to wish her dead from the earth altogether is really none of their business ! It really doesn't fall into their little dominion..........the right of a person to live , and what they r showing in SP is pure megalomania [ Bhabho and Tara] and Saloni is encouraging this sickness by fleeing !
Tara and Bhabho shud be given public humiliation as servant origins . And Saloni shud be blasted too , for pampering them .
Height of the episode : Tara speaking of Saloni's culture . Unfortunately no one is there to remind Tara of her own culture [ servant ] and equate Adi's spoilt vices [ drinking , gambling and sucidal tendencies of a loser ] with Tara's sanskaars ! Such a loss of an explosive scene . Wonder what the dialogue writers r doing , letting go of such TRP raising opportunities .........twiddling their thumbs , perhaps .
