Shahid comes clean on relationship with Priyanka

Much has been written about his alleged love affair with Priyanka Chopra . But is Shahid Kapur really in love again? The actor comes clean.

It's no secret that just like the formulaic potboilers in Bollywood, the media too follows the formula of linking any two co-stars together. Who knows it better than Shahid, who has been linked with his co-stars Amrita Rao , Vidya Balan in the past and now with Priyanka Chopra, his co-star in Vishal Bharadwaj's mildly titled film Kaminey .

True that Shahid and Prinks have been hanging out together at parties and have been spotted publicly at odd occasions, but they always maintain a decorous distance when the paparazzi are around. At least they haven't been snapped doing something (like Shahid and Kareena were allegedly clicked kissing at a pub) that conclusively nails the media claim that they are a couple. Furthermore, Shahid and Prinks have preferred to keep tightlipped about their relationship. Until now, that is.

"Priyanka and I are good friends. However, people have been jumping the gun. If we take our relationship further, I may talk about it; but people are in a rush to link us together," Shahid told a news daily.

Well, at least one thing Shahid isn't ruling out is the possibility of taking his relationship with Priyanka forward.
