Yeah good point. I mean Armaan cant tell Abhi how to do his job. and Abhi cant let Armaan tell him either. A good COS would issue orders and expect them to be followed. If he thinks Rids can handle the project, then why are people questioning it? Isnt it their ego coming into play here?

I agree with both of you.. I still don't understand why people misunderstand Abhi so easily... He did not even show any negative shade in his character... Anyway, I don't see anything wrong in the fact that he picked Riddhima among all interns to work with him because she's the only one who's brain is left and who knows how to respect her seniors!

And for those AR fans who think that Abhi will separate AR... Are you serious?? AR have been separated like so many times, I think we're all sick of love triangles... and now AR's relationship is out to the world and they love each other so much, so they should not let any third person come between them!!...

Well as far as why his chose Ridz i think its becuase that he used to like her, remember Niki pointed that out at one point.
Also he wants Armaan jealous,

As far as choosing someone to offset Patil the Perv, he should have chosen Atul...i dont think patil would try hitting on him... but if he was going to choose a chick, then I think that Anjali would be the one who wouldnt take it from him...so.. ya 😃
