The confusion was solved slightly in today's episode. GM had deliberately chosen Chandni. Apparently the families had known each other in the past and something bad had happened between the families, I guess something must have happened during the partition. And GM feels that by Rajveer and Chandni's marriage, the families will come together again. Wonder what had happened🤔
