Indu is holding the letter ' akash tells her to read it our loud and she has written that she is leaving as she never wanted to break akash's family apart. and akash lashes out at babuji saying that you must be happy - you are the one who had come to tell neelima that she is responsible for our moving from this city' akash is livid as he accuses babuji, here indu comes forward and stops akash from blaming babuji as indu is the one who talked to neelima ' she owns up to letting neelima come to the hospital, giving her the address and she tells akash , she left after she saw you and rukmini with jumbo' she realises that you are the real family .. akash is furious at indu, lashes out at her for interfering in his life. akash threatens to walk out of this house when a howling amma comes and stops him. Akash is sitting on the bed thinking about neelima when rukmini enters' Both exchange a tense look and as rukmini comes forward near the bed, akash gets up, takes his blanket and pillow and starts to head outside' rukmini stops him but no avail and he goes out. Akash comes with his blanket and pillow and throws them on the couch in the hall' indu is watching all this from the balcony. Next morning Indu goes into rukmini's room and tells her that she knows that her relation with Akash bhaiya is not smooth yet...And suggests her to be clam and not to react on small things. In the office akash is going through some files as well as checking something on the computer when he finds some mistake in the accounts, he asks Praveen and pravin gets scared and flustered as he looks at the files ' makes an excuse and covers it up. Indu is in the kitchen cooking dinner and when rukmini comes there and offers to help Indu and they decide to make Akash's favorite dish just then Vishakha comes there and persuade rukmani not to help Indu but rukmani says no to her and Vishakha leaves making a face. All are seated at the dining table eating dinner akash enters and watches everybody at the dining table' seeing him, indu tells him that he is right on time for dinner'to quickly freshen up and come. Akash says he has already eaten and without a second glance leaves from there' rukmini watches him leave and as all eyes turn towards her, she feels the tears welling up in her eyes' she also doesn't eat and leaves the dining table with some excuse' Indu enters rukmini's room with a plate of food' finds rukmini sitting on the bed with tears in her eyes. Indu consoles her and tells her that she is not alone '.and not to give up like this as rukmini smiles through her tears' indu tells her and now lets not be wasting the food you have cooked so lovingly as you will be needing all the strength possible and don't worry, this too shall pass and soon happier times will be here' she gives a bite of the food to rukmini' rukmini eats and hugs indu through her tears and smiles.
