um help!!!

hie u doin every1?  well i hv itty bitty problem, u  c i m trying to put pic in my singature n itssss not working😕.  y y  y y y .   can n e one plzzz help me?  u c if i put the url in it. its too long.  n limit is only 200 latters.  so wut do i do?  well wut i did is 1st i saved pic in my zip then i did crap.right.   well i worked till i had my disc in the comp.. but soon i took i t out my pic wen boom(meanig gone).  plzzz help. 

the pictures in the signature should be small not big
