I think his realization of love will start before he gets normal, he will try to overcome his fears and things will start unfolding.

This i think will give Aalekh the push he needs to face his fears and he will do this for his "Special Dost".

I feel all 3 tracks, the culprit, Aalekh normal, Salekh love story will go forward together.
