in 3th april 2009 episode of chehra when garv took bindu on a boat š³ š and then he starts the boat to move further, i also see this episode again and saw that when garv was starting the boat so it did not start so he apply more force to start so i also have to agree with u that garv did not know that there was someone tied under the boat ,but when that mysterious man died bindu heard someone scream and garv replied to her that when more force was applied on propeller of boat strange sounds comes,even here too garv can't recognised whether it is a sound of a human or other thing which is cut with the propeller š š š² š
i think gar brother karan tied up that mysterious man and put him under the boat where is also the propeller
