Well she broke up with Arjun, and rebounded into Apurva's arms. That happened when she was shooting for Layanya. Dunno how though, they didn't even work together.

I THINK AYESHA JHULKA IS ALSO AT THE POINT BUT ITWILL BE BETTER TO HER THEN SHILPA CAUSE SHILPA IS SO YOUNG ( kumud will look older then her)
