Happy earth day to everyone. 1. recycle and reuse (forget it being desi , it's in our genes) 2. Don't leave your cell phone charger on when you are not using it. 3. Turn of all the unnecessary easy powers at night. (saves the earth and your electric bill) 4. use rechargable battery! (saves you money there too) 5. Energy effiicient light bulbs (again lowers your electricty bill, they take less energy not to mention they also last longer!)

As for the update Sara is paying me to do it, kidding..well not really. I mean I did ask for half of her paycheck and she did say I can have it all, but it was a joke!
Also a reminder!! Guys I am guessing the show has started on it's controversial path, please try to enjoy it without bashing Ekta. We knew from day 1 this is a sad show. So she hasn't tricked us. I know most of us watched it keeping that in mind, the ones who didn't the blame is all on you. For me I am looking forward to heartbreak and crying my eyes out. Usually serial love stories are so silly. Everything breaks apart for no reason. I hope this show is different, and we see serious problems!

Today's Update
Arjun is passed out on the sofa in a bar, Salil is looking for him in his room. He decides to call him. Arjun's cell phone starts ringing, (kitani mohabbat hai song) Arjun wakes up saying Arohi. He sits up and remembers the conversation regarding the ringtone. Arohi asked why are you recording my voice? Arjun says because I want to capture your voice. from today on whenever someone will try to remember me, I will think you are remembering me! (awww) Arjun checks his phone and seeing it's Salil's missed call he calls him. As soon as Salil picks up he starts saying Arjun where are you? today is my wedding and you are not here. Look yaar I don't want you to miss my wedding. (Salil betaaa calm down!! After a night of drinking when you are hungover any type of noise hurts, it is extrememly painful and irritating) Arjun is rubbing his forehead in irritation. Salil says last night he was saying something about Purvi, he didn't hear him what did he say. Arjun is shocked. he says that means you don't know. He says Purvi is and the line cuts off. Arjun's battery dies. He says to himself this means Purvi didn't tell Salil anything. Salil is being betrayed. I have to tell him. (does the bar not own a telephone??) Arjun goes to his car, stumbling and holding on to the car as he can't walk straight.
Everyone is getting Purvi ready. They put on the golden accesory that hangs from the bangles (no clue what it's called sorry) Purvi smiles at Arohi and think it should fall on Arohi. (whoever it falls on gets married next!!) Purvi shakes it on everyone. She walks around everyone shaking it on top of everyone, all of a sudden her dupatta gets stuck to a drawer and she turns, instead of falling on Arohi it falls on the person next to her. Everyone is happy and claps, Purvi is a little down. Arohi says she will get ready. If it was someone else she could take her time. But Salil jiju is so excited he will arrive 2 hours early. Arohi shyly tells Purvi she is going to wear the dress Arjun sir gave her. (sirrrr errr again)
Arjun is driving and saying before baarat leaves he has to get home and tell Salil. (ok..time never makes sense in ektaland. The sun just came up when Arjun started driving. I understand he is drunk but now it night??) The police sees him speeding and goes after him. Arjun realizes and drives even faster. (lets see how terrifying this stunt is) The policecar overtakes his car and stops him. Arjun says damn it. (ok..that's wasn't even 3 seconds at the fullest. and they needed a stunt man for that? the road also look wide enough to me) The police says Dhoom's Hrithik Roshan get out of the plane. Arjun gets out and tries to bribe the police. They realize he reeks of alcohol. Arjun says he usually doesn't drink but..whatever, he asks again how much they want. The police says 1st you are drunk and then you drive in such a high speed is this your dad's road? Arjun says you don't know who I am. (ohh such a classy line. I want to use it!) They arrest him and take him away.
In Punj mansion DK is pacing and trying to reach Arjun. Mohan and Paddy come. Paddy says 1st this got to engagement now to wedding? They wanted HP's land and now they have it. Why not end it. Mohan explain the legal formalities are not done yet. beside they want to tell Salil when he can't think, somethign that will make him get of the mandap in a split second. Salil comes in with Nikhil and Nats. They are all laughing. (I love the relationship these siblings share. Each have their own personality but in such a nice way they cover each others back!) Paddy says my son looks so handsome, (wah! my mother India, usually mothers say my son looks so happy, may God always keep him this happy) She goes on saying she wishes he married the right woman, she can't bear thinking about Purvi. Mohan goes to Natasha and says she look beautiful (nat is wearing a black sari and as always she is pretty! but aww I love father daughter relationships. Mohan loves his daughter!! if DK and Arjun end up hurting her feeling I do not think Mohan would still be a loyal friend to DK.) Salil tells DK he is mad at Arjun and this time his sorry will not work. The mittal family leaves as DK waits for Arjun.
All the girls are around Purvi talking about wedding traditions. Antara talks about how time has changed. before girls would scream " Baarat agaye, Baarat agaye" when the groom would arrive because they used to dread what if he doesn't show up. Now the groom dreads if the bride will still be there when he arrives. They all laugh. Antara talks about checking out the guys, salil's friends and etc. Bua comes with a friend and they talk about the friend falling down the balcony while watching the guys. They hear the baarat come, the 3 sister happily say in unison "baarat agaye, baarat agaye" (that was soo cute!!!) Arohi gets excited and Antara asks since when did she start being so interested in such thing. Arohi goes defensive mode and says she can be like that too. Everyone leaves. Arohi shows Purvi her finger (the empty one that is waiting for Arjun's ring) and smiles.
The dancing baarat comes in. Arohi watches them from top of the stairs. She comes down. Prakash and other employees admire her. (yaar Prakash is like their star employee! hehe) One of the female employees compliment her. Arohi shyly turns away and thinks SIR (ewww) everyone is admiring your given dress, it looks good on me. I always feel your love and trust in me. Arohi does Salil's Arti and tilak. She also wonders looking around where is Arjun.
Salil picks up the flowers on his sehra and talks to the pandit. he asks if he could hurry up or use a shortcut. There is a shortcut for everything these days. The pandit says usually grooms tell him to take his time. They say there are few minutes left of freedom. But he on the other hand wants him to hurry up? Salil says just wait till you see my Purvi she must look like an angel today. Paddy and MM watches from far. Paddy says they got engaged and now they will get married, they will also go on a honeymoon while you wait for the right time to tell him. I can't see this happen. I can't believe you put your son's future at stake for a small piece of land. Mohan says I did think about my son's future, it is for that 30% share, which I won't take up with me when I die. (1. after the tricking you did you will most likely go down not up. Up is for the people in heaven! 2. 30%??? that's it?? you put your son on the line and you get 30% when DK did nothing and gets 70%?? 3. I like Mohan as a dad! he is caring! ) Paddy says she will tell Salil right now. She starts to walk away but Mohan stops her saying what is she doing. Paddy shakes her head saying no way she is letting her son spoil his future. Love has blinded him, but he has to hear this bitter truth. She goes to Salil and says I have to tell you something, Salil looks at her.
Episode rating:: a 7!! It is building up so well!!
My thoughts on Saurvi :: Bechara Salil. Even if he walks out of this wedding I can't blame him. His love is based on pure infatutation such oh look how cute she is, how sweet she is. He loves the fact she is honest but he really doesn;t know much about her. When they will tell him Purvi betrayed him, there will be nothing left for him.
