Hello Friends,
Synopsis:The hurricane that was expected to hit KMH even before the show was launched has arrived....There are MUs, MLs, camera effects, sound effects, the constant torture of hearing things which we don't want to (the "S" word)....All of this translates into frustrations, irritations and depression for us! But in all this KMH still has that one gem which keeps on getting precious day by day....which pulls you towards it....which gives you those "kuch kuch hota hai" feelings.....which basically keeps you glued to the screen...and there are no prizes for guessing....I loved the way he smiled today...and don't even ask me of how I felt during the last part😳! Watch it for Arjun!!!!!!
Atleast the creatives answered this one question that always kept roaming around in my mind....Are Purvi's parents alive? I guess they had to be....otherwise how could Arjun find out the truth...and how could we see Arjun sooooo close to the screen that I wss literally holding back anticipating he would pop out! Arjun was ok-ish in this scene...the content was sooo cliched....the typical soap fashion dialogue....One more thing...Arjun thinking that no one knows about the truth AFTER hearing the conversation at Sukh Niwas😲...was quite weird....Will HP ask Purvi's parents to do the Kanyadaan when he is hiding this fact from the Mittals? Arjun when you dont use your brain Ria gets higly irritated!
The ""bach-I-lors"" party....like all other BT parties was as fake as it could be! Ok Arjun's sweater really is quite funny....a total wardrobe disaster once again! ok so Arjun takes over "tu theek hai na" the expressions and all do I have to say it again....he is a delight to watch on screen! Other than that the same cat-mouse games...saying all but not that "she is a widow" until Salil passes out!
Watching Dk walk I could fairly see where is Arjun's style coming from😆! What say Anu!!!I desperately missed Dhondz in this scene! is he Mr.India now???? ok so quickly jumping to one of my favorite scenes today...
Arjun-DK....Karan was marvellous in this sequence....for the first time I almost had no issues with his smile...it was confident and full of emotions....his dialogues well written and beautifully enacted....To begin with he says what Anu would have said too...."As it is...aap sai ziada hot aur dashing yahan per koi bhi nahin hai"....his tone just perfect...Apart from the foreground distraction of glasses playing marry-go-round, I could simply connect big time with how he says"its an amazingly different feeling"...once again excellent with words....the way he leans slightly to the railing worked for me! the reference to typical things in a way that made that all looked so special....great editing.... "phool aur un ki khushboo ko mehsoos karna", "barish aur us ki boondon ko choone ka dil karna", "har lamhe us kai baare main sochna"..."dil ki dharkan" all felt soo special....and the thing that I like about the dialogues in this show...he once again says in the end"sounds very filmi doesn't it"....this was a perfect closure to the depiction of how he feels....listen to each word...you could feel he is smiling when he says "main unhe dekhta hoon" (about the flowers)"aur ab boondhon ko choone ka dil karta hai".... you could feel his longing for his love when he says"agar woh pass na ho to usse paane ka dil karta hai"....you could feel his passion when he says "aur agar woh pass ho to jaise dil ki dharkan taiz si ho jaaty hai"....Karan was shining all the way through....gets a 10 on 10! His"I really don't know what to say" made me blush slightly😳....the conviction intact, the emotions conveyed....Arjun you did it yet once again!
But among the other things that I loved in that scene i have two strong reservations....One that DK is in ML now since he does not remember one of the good scenes of the show where the confused Arjun had landed at 2 pm in his room to talk about his feelings of being in love! I hate it when the creatives forget some masterpieces coming out of their own brains....although once again as I am in Nupur Mode today...I just loved how Arjun talked about being embarrassed and the final "you know how it is"....Secondly, I felt like banging my head on my desk when DK said "main aur us ke dad bohat ache dost hain"....i mean they live together😡...so this was just the Worst dialogue of the show uptil now....the most forced one...although on the flip side of it...Arjun's breathless "jaisa aap theek samjhain" left me gasping for some breath!😳
Today the Buzz word was "Life Partner"....whoever comes up with the correct number of times they have said this word in the episode...is going to win a return ticket to.......*duck* ok ok I realize this was a very cheap joke on my part....
Ok so Arohi comes...she is looking pretty....I guess the color of the lipstick maybe...but yes she smiled beautifully and I liked her in this sequence...Nutt-asha...well Mihika is good at making those expressions...there is no doubt about that....the Aro-Nutts confrontation was being anticipated at the Adda...this was a brief trailer...
The brief Nutt-asha Nikhil moment was cute! Both Karan and Kritika were generally fine with their expressions...the rest of them took it so matter-of-factly...I mean DK is talking about Arjun finding a "life partner" and salil, Nikhil, Aman just don't react...I guess too much of drinking.....Kritika was slightly better at reacting to the news...I would have liked Arjun to be shocked rather than the Angfused look of his in the beginning...but later he recovered...So the first dhamaka is over! but picture abhi baaki hai mere dost (from the precap its quite clear that the Badi Maa= Maa news is going to be out soon)
OK so the school reunion + the singing super star competition were actually held in the Punj backyard! Why didn't we realize that before!!! Arjun running initially was good enough..which worked better than the walk...so Arjun next time run whenever you are in a hurry! The confrontation was good..The negatives lets place them down first
1. Sir is unbearable
2. Make Arohi wear some heels...the way Arjun has to bend his legs to do the scenes just takes out the romantic touch and gives it an uncomfortable look...or else if BT cannot afford new shoes for her dont show the full length shots!
3. The same "middle class" mentality.....thankfully Arjun once again becomes the soul saviour when Arohi is saying those cliched words
4. Nutt-asha becames salil sister from your sister...when did that happen...so Arjun the genious is keeping his options open...I dont like that!!😲
Dialogue of the day: "main tum sai bohat pyaar karta hoon Arohi...itna ki main khud is ki hadh nahin jaanta....mery dunia tum se shuroo hoti hai aur tumhi pe khatum hoti hai" the romantic Arjun at his best!
Moment of the day:"meri ankhon main dekho Arohi"....Arjun uses his best shot....its his eyes that are so believable that Arohi has to forget her fears and continue her walk on the road of love ! This was once again a very romantic moment....take out the flux (Salil's shadi, Dad's approval) and just try to feel the love that is in the air....Arjun pacifies Arohi...makes her believe in him yet again....his "i promise", wiping off her tears...and finally saying"is dunia main sub se khubsoorat ankhain tumharee hain main in main ansoo nahin dekh sakta" this was a beautiful dialogue and Arjun just melts your heart when he says that....culminating into a beautiful moment of love...Arohi holds on to his hand as a gesture of holding on to what he has just said...It was as I say *perfect*
Food for thought: How many of you sae that Kangan in Aro's wrist....is it the same one? Is it going to lead to the dramatic scream from Arjun? Start dissecting!!!!

P.S: this weekend was one of the most creative ones at the Adda....Anu took up FF writing, Anjana did screenplays and shairis, Lata, Anut, Me and many others chipping in with theri creative bits....Karishma opened up the hottest hotline and prepared one of the funniest lists coming out of the Adda! and there were many more....Its soo much fun as we as a group of friends enjoy togethor in different parts of the world! Its defiently something very special happening at this forum! I have hardly seen anything like this before!
