Scene 1
KVKaran shouts at Abhirami asking where Govindan is. He shows his mobile and the received call has her number. He adds that since both of them are involved in the murder case, hiding Govindan will no way help her but only add up to problems and dangerous too. Abhirami is really showing up a helpless face and says she really didnt know about it. KVKaran's men search the whole house but in vain. They go back in anger, watched from Shyam outside in his car.
Scene 2
Shyam goes inside and asks abhirami about what happened inside between KVKaran and herself. She, as usual, says that she is already tensed and also critisises that he also hid many things from her. He goes inside without a word.
Scene 3
The driver at Abirami's house goes to Shanti;s house to inform her about what happened between KVKaran and Abhirami that morning. The dialogues are muted for audience. finally shanti asks "Is that so? Abhirami has spoken enough, now it is my turn to speak" and tells the driver to call if needed for any other thing, rather than visiting her. He takes leave.
Scene 4
Few police men reaches Abhirami's house, arrests her and interrogates, at one stage Abhirami broke down and shouts that she didnt know anything. Alas!!! It is all a dream and she gets up from bed. She then takes a torch and sets into searching her own house. She goes to Shyam and Nallan;s rooms and ensures they are sleeping. Then she goes room by room and stops by the room where Govindan used to stay before. She opens the door to see inside and the screen freezes.
