1. She never liked KKusum.
2. She also disliked Mahi.
3. She might want all the property go to Sohan her son and only other son of the Kapoor family besides Abhay.

It could be...but the hints never showed that the killer is a lady...not even to that matter Esha.

May be shelly/priyanka knows more...but she is hiding and if she can give a better clue to the police. But they don't seem to be looking for her either.

It is a poor investigation. It seems like only sohan, ksh*tij, garv are investigating and ACP is not doing much.
