After a five day shoot for an ad with Nicole Kidman, Arjun Rampal gifted her a sari

Arjun Rampal who's lately been in the news for shooting an ad film with Nicole Kidman, got along like a house on fire with her, we hear. After the shoot wound up, Arjun gifted Nicole a sari specially designed by Tarun Tahiliani. Nicole was evidently very touched by the gift. Arjun and Nicole had been shooting for five days for the ad, which was directed by Shekhar Kapur. Our source from the unit says, "The shoot was very hectic due to Nicole and Arjun's already busy schedule. Nicole initially didn't know that Arjun was a Bollywood star till she saw fans asking for his autographs and taking pictures. Since they had very little time due to the packed schedule, Nicole, who wanted to shop, barely got the chance to do so. Realising this, Arjun asked his wife Meher to get her a sari designed by Tarun Tahiliani. It was a sheer Italian metallic chiffon with tiny swarovski sprinkled on it, a typical Tarun sari." Arjun confirmed the news, "Yes, it is true and Nicole loved it and was very happy about it. She is a complete professional and we did a very good commercial together." |
