I would definitely like to add here that the salsa was well performed. It was unique and it lived up to my expectations for sure.
Firstly the fab pair did not wear typical salsa dresses. That's unique.
Secondly, they carried off an intimate conversation while dancing! That's off- the-chain.
Thirdly, the song was passionate as well.
Lastly the shayari/dialogues created oozing chemistry.
All in all, very well executed.
I would have been disheartened if the show simply copied typical salsas. The leads have not completely realized that they are into each other. They are having the tingling feelings as of now. For me, it would be wierd to see a couple who bearly know each other dance like passionate lovers.
All of this takes time.

well said zainab..you explained it really well!

i thought the whole thing worked really well given the situation and all. i also feel that the talking/dancing is very smooth/natural. afterall, who dances without talking to their partner? at least, that has been my experience. and salsa dancing is a particularly social affair.

anyways, i thought the pair executed it wonderfully. (well done Karan & Kritika!) it would have been SOOO strange to see Arjun Punj - notorious woman hater - dance like a Latin Lover! 😆😆...totally stayed within character! Awesome.

LOL at this line:

I would have been creeped out to see the two who bearly knew how to dance move like professionals.
And true about Arjun. He despises women. Remember everyone! So hats off to him for dancing with one.
I give it to the creatives for choreographing a dance keeping the characters in mind.
For me once characterization is lost, then the magic of the narration is gone.
