Hordes of Bollywood stars made their way to the Lakme Fashion Week Autumn-Winter 2009 in Mumbai. While some stars like Tabu and Nagarjuna tried to dodge the media and evade questions about their ongoing affair, Asin looked a little crestfallen when Anushka Sharma walked in snatching away the media attention from the Ghajini girl. Here's a lowdown of everything that happened on Day One!

Manish Malhotra's show saw the maximum celebs - Sridevi, Asin, Deepika Padukone and Anushka Sharma came to cheer Bollywood's original style man
Well, Asin was the first big celeb to walk in for Manish's show and was immediately surrounded by the cameras. And we almost thought that the Ghajini girl was quite annoyed with all that attention, until...
... Anushka Sharma walked in! The Rab Ne girl seemed to have a magnetic field around her which pulled the paparazzi away from Asin as soon as she entered. Asin's face right then told us, she was not altogether unhappy with the cameras.
Deepika Padukone who came for the show too stayed clear of such moments.
Sridevi came with her daughter Jhanvi
And that was not all. Katrina walked the ramp as a Barbie doll earlier in the day
She will now become the face for a celeb Barbie which was supposed to be earlier modeled after Ash
The Bollywood newbies were all over the place actually, Jaane Tu...girl Genelia was there too!
She walked the ramp for Manish Malhotra along with Tusshar Kapoor.
But the funny part of the entire show was when Tusshar and Manish held hands leaving Genelia to fend for herself on the ramp
Riteish Deshmukh was also there for Manish's show. He kept a rather low profile considering what happened the last time he stepped inside a big hotel.
Sonam Kapoor came for Sabyasachi Mukherjee's show, wearing a creation by the designer himself...
She sat with Sanjay Leela Bhansali who like always came with his mother for the fashion event.
But then walked in Vidya Balan, who by the way has gone back to wearing saris. Vidya wanted to sit next to the director. But hey! Sonam had already booked that seat!
Poor Vidya had to compromise and sit next to Sonam. She even had to smile throughout the photo session with Sonam. But once over, she walked straight back ASAP, leaving no time for idle banter with the younger actress.
Waluscha opened the Barbie dolled up show and looked as pretty as ever
TV actress Karishma Tanna tried to gain some eyeballs...but in vain. Girl, you must try it all on a day when there's no Asin, Deepika, Anushka, Sonam...
Anjala Jhaveri was there for the show. But we don't think too many people noticed
There were loads of these little B'townies too. But hey, with Asin and Anushka around who wants to see Sophie?
