mamaji always used to care for sadhna and mamaji's love for ragini and sadhna is equal...no partiality is there...its only because he saw this avtaar of aalekh for the first time which made him go and aks sadi about aalekh condition!!! he obviously wants to see aalekh's condition to become normal so that sadi also lives happily!!!

there was a worse scene than this that, aalekh about to kill vasu using knife and mamaji came and rescued .. why he didn't question sadhana that time about aalekh.. like he did yesterday's episode?

probably because for the first time he saw alekh being so scared... n that too cuz of his grandfather's pic... before that he had no idea abt this connection..so thats why he wantd to know..

i am sorry but i refuse to believe that mamaji doesnt care abt sadhna..hez very loving n selfless... n his love for sadhna cannot be questioned... its like doubting ragini's love for sadhna...(which also many ppl doubt here n to which i again dont agree)!
