Bandini manages to reach home safely. The next day, Bandini, along with Sujata and their briends go for a picnic at the lakeside. While exploring the area on her wheelchair, Bandini sees a man on a bridge - he is about to jump off. She tries to stop him, but her wheelchair hits a stone, and she is thrown off. Bandini hangs by a plank on the bridge, but is rescued soon enough by when man who jumped off earlier. That man is Garv. He is at first shocked to see that Bandini is wheelchair-bound, but he does not say anything about her condition and just smiles at her instead. He takes his leave after wishing her good health.

Highlights:

~ In the night after the engagement, Bandini gets up in the middle of the night to investigate some wierd sounds. She sees some mudprints on the floor, and wants to see further so she goes into the garden where she gets scared and turns when someone suddenly puts a hand on her shoulder.
Full Detailed Update:
Bandini is sitting at home, and all are sitting in the living room, discussing about what happened to Bandini at the lakeside. Shashi scolds Bandini, but Bharti tells him to leave it and let it go - that their Bindu (Bandini) is back home safely. Bandini also says that nothing will happen to her, and she is not like Sujata, that she will get married and go off to her sasural leaving her maayka behind. Fax bua speaks up, and makes fun of Sujata saying that when she goes to her sasural, she will forget her maayka. Bandini says that she doesnt ever want to marry, afterall what will she do getting married? Shashi and Bharti looks grim when he says this, and Bandini decides to change her words a bit. Bandini then says - what will she do getting married, when so many handsome boys are already after her, she can stay in her maayka and still enjoy that attention. Fax bua speaks up again and says that if Bandini went, then all the 'raunak' of the house would also have finished. Shashi makes fun of Fax Bua, and tells her that is also the reason why they didnt let Fax Bua get married. All laugh, and Bandini hugs her mother and sister.
The next morning, in the living room again, Shashi and Sujata are arranging some stuff, while Bandini brings tea for her mother. She serves to her mom, dad and fax bua. Fax Bua tells everyone some gossip she heard, while they just smile to themselves. Bandini goes and gives milk to Aditya, and corrects his homework which he was looking through. Aditya just scratches his head in confusion. Bandini then goes to wake up Sujata. She tickles her legs, and tells her to wake up fast. Now that she is going to her sasural soon, she has to learn all these things. Sujata and Bandini get sad, when Bandini says that she is going to miss Sujata when she goes to her sasural. Sujata hugs Bandini.
A shift of scene. Bandini is dropped off at the library. She enters, with the intention of finding books for Aditya. While Bandini is searching, she feels that someone is again spying on her. Bandini sees someone wearing red sneakers approaching her shelf from the other side. By the time she goes around to see who it is, the person goes off. Bandini turns around and sees that person going out of the library, so she follows him, all the while calling him/her to stop. She reaches outside and sees him going off in a taxi. Then, Bandini turns around and sees Shashi talking to someone. She tells him that lets go home, it's already quite late.
At the (engagement??) party at the Pandit home, Bandini looks on at Rajesh as he mixes some drinks. She laughs at him when he tries to explain himself, and gives the drink to her. After some time, Bandini tells someone to put on the music. Every couple is playing this game where they have to dance on a piece of paper, and everytime the music stops, they have to fold the paper in half, and if they fall out they lose the game. Bandini is just watching on as everybody plays the game. After the game, Sujata and Rajesh put the rings on each other's fingers.
Outside, some woman are shown discussing about Bandini. They say that she is pretty and good-natured and all, but take because she is disabled, no one will marry her. They take pity on her. Bharti overhears this, and gets sad. Bharti goes to discuss this with Shashi, and they both agree that they can't change the world and fight with god just to make Bandini better.
In the night after the party, Bandini thanks some kaka for the food. She says it was very nice, and to make the exact same food for Sujata's wedding too. Then. Shashi comes up and Bandini asks him why he is so sad. Shashi at denies, but Bandini keeps on insisting. (i kind of missed what Shashi was saying here, so if anyone knows, fill it in plz...) . Shashi just hugs Bandini.
Later, Bandini is shown in her room, reading a book, but she is holding a magazine in front of it. (one thing i dont understand... Bandini is reading an english book, so when she reads it aloud in her mind, how come we hear hindi?? oh well, its a hindi serial, anything can happen) Sujata comes to the bed beside and asks Bandini to switch off the lights so that they can sleep, but Bandini says she will do it later. Curious, Sujata snatches the magazine she thinks Bandini is reading, and sees the book. Sujata takes the book, reads the page Bandini was reading, then teases Bandini over it. Bandini tries to avoid, and switches off the light. After Bandini goes to sleep, Sujata turns towards her and says that she knows what she was thinking, and hopes that very soon, a nice guy will come into her life, and marry her accepting her condition too. Then Sujata too goes to sleep. (i found this a really cute scene between the 2 sisters... and then, when Bandini starts imagining abt Garv, the scenes are also real nice... i really like this new couple on the block...)
Later in the middle of the night, Bandini gets up and hears some noises. She decides to investigate what the matter is. So, she goes around the house in her wheelchair. (one thing i dont understand in this scene... Bandini is supposed to be paralysed from waist-down. So, how exactly does she manage to get herself out of bed, and into the wheelchair which seems no where near her bed, without waking anyone up and asking for their help...?? is this supposed to be a blooper??) When she gets outside, she sees some mudprints on the floor and is surprised. She goes into the garden, when someone suddenly puts their hand on her shoulder.
